On Memorial Day weekend, U7 White enjoyed their first tournament experience. The team was joined by U8 players Andrew A and Griffin B who both provided excellent leadership for the U7 team. Playing in a 6 team U8 Blue division that included league division rivals as well as upper ranked U8 teams, the team pulled out a 2-2 record including sound wins against division rivals, Panthers SC and another U7 team, Kickers SC.
Through the excellent coaching of Coach Rodney, the team proved that they can play with anyone in the U8 division. The footskills, emerging tactical play and incredible tenacity that this team possesses proves that they will be a upper level CUFC team in the games and years to come.
